Free Harvest: Pick Your Own Veggies (Week 2)

The 2020 free harvest season continues this Sunday July 26th, and we are happy to invite those who are in need of fresh, organic produce to our community garden for vegetable harvesting on a pick-your-own basis. You will be provided with COVID-Safe harvesting materials and accompanied by a volunteer who will discuss the varieties for harvest and demonstrate proper harvesting technique. We have a bounty of collards and kale. We also have cauliflower, peas, onions, parsley, maybe cucumbers, red orach, sorrel. Due to COVID, registration is required and only 1 visitor is allowed in the garden at a time. Masks required. Bring your own gloves. No pets.
